Strange Week

I’m thinking, “What a strange week!”. With my last work week being shortened by the Thanksgiving holiday here in the USA, and the days getting shorter as winter approaches, and the colder weather asserting itself this has seemed a strange week to me. All day long I feel as though I should already be somewhere else doing something else. I’m feeling like I’m running behind and am losing track of what day it is. The rush to Christmas is here with people dashing about insanely and it just seems like everything is moving way too fast.

Everyone right now join me in an exercise. Sit up straight. Take a deep breath and hold it for a second. Let it out slowly and deliberately. Turn to the person on your left say calmly and in a clear strong voice, “I’m going back to bed”, then go.

Thank-you
